This Privacy Policy describes how Nomadic Creators LLC ("Nomadic Creators," "we," "us," or "our") may collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal information in connection with NomadicCreators.com, business inquiries, client relationships, project activities, and independent subcontractor relationships.

We may collect website inquiry information, client/project information, technical website information, project media, and independent subcontractor records.

Independent subcontractor records may include contact and business information; W-9 or tax documentation when required; payment information; qualifications; licenses/certifications; equipment capabilities; portfolio/work samples; contracts; project assignments; invoices; and insurance documentation. Insurance records may include Certificates of Insurance (COIs), effective/expiration dates, and evidence of the subcontractor's required commercial general liability coverage, Business Owner's Policy (BOP), inland marine/equipment coverage, and separate drone/aviation coverage where applicable.

Nomadic Creators LLC maintains business insurance applicable to its own operations and services, subject to the terms, conditions, limits, exclusions, and endorsements of its applicable policies. Nomadic Creators generally performs services using its own in-house resources.

When Nomadic Creators retains an independent subcontractor to supplement its in-house capabilities, that subcontractor is required under the applicable subcontractor agreement to maintain separate insurance meeting Nomadic Creators' subcontractor standards. A subcontractor's insurance does not replace insurance maintained by Nomadic Creators, and Nomadic Creators' insurance is not represented as insurance for the subcontractor, the subcontractor's business, personnel, equipment, vehicles, or independent operations except to the extent expressly provided by an applicable policy or endorsement.

We may use information to respond to inquiries; quote, schedule, perform, document, and bill for services; coordinate projects; deliver media; evaluate and retain subcontractors; verify qualifications, certifications, and required insurance; monitor COI/insurance expiration and replacement; process payments; maintain business, tax, accounting, insurance, contractual, and legal records; protect rights and systems; and operate and improve our website.

Nomadic Creators does not sell personal information for money. We may disclose information as reasonably necessary to clients, assigned subcontractors, professional advisers, insurers or insurance representatives, payment/accounting processors, and as otherwise required or permitted by law.
